How long can YOU hold a bag of 10LB avocados?? Bring all your strength to the Strong Arm Contest

Rules:

• Your arm must be straight

• Your hand must be in a fist with your palm down

• Your arm must be at a right angle to your body

TIMELINE:

• Arrive at 11:15AM to get registered

• Contest begins at 12:00 Noon

PRIZES:

• 1ST PLACE: $100 REI GIFT CARD + AVOFEST SWAG BAG + FULL BRAGGING RIGHTS

• 2ND PLACE: $50 REI GIFT CARD + AVOFEST SWAG BAG
